DJ Guy De'Angelo

History: I: It was at the early age of 11 where the journey of deejaying begun for Guy Connolly. When his older brother bought a set of decks, Guy would be awake deep into the early hours with his headphones on transfixed in his own world. After a couple of years Guy realized that music and deejaying was not just a hobby but an Addiction! Every bit of spare money would burn holes in his pockets and go straight on the hottest new tunes from Londons top record shops such as Uptown, Pure Groove and Black Market Records.

Going by the name of Guy De'Angelo, Guy starting off playing at school friends house parties and hosting radio shows on Londons pirate airwaves on stations such as Freeze, Flex and Delight FM before moving onto playing in a number of bars & clubs on the London and Marbella club circuits. As he matured as a DJ, Guy moved away from his UK Garage roots and found a new love. House Music. Guy was recruited by SINTILLATE as a Host & Promoter in 2007 but in early 2009 he was given his chance to show the team his true talent deejaying alongside close friend DJ Complexion.

Taking inspiration from artists such as; Swedish House Mafia, Erick Morillo, Laidback Luke, Dennis Ferrer, Strictly Ryhthm, Masters At Work, Kerri Chandler, Osunlade, Todd Terry, Armand Van Helden, Quentin Harris, Aki Bergen, Milton Jackson, Seamus Hadji and many many more. Guy can now be found playing the Soulful Sounds of House across the country as his journey with music continues.
